When I visited Lethbridge back in 2015, I planned to stay for a week, but I couldn’t find good Indian food anywhere. It got me thinking—imagine the British back in the day, hearing so much about Indian food, finally tasting it, and thinking, ‘Well, this is overrated.’ That thought didn’t sit right with me. I didn’t want anyone to miss out on the true flavours of India. That’s when the idea of opening a restaurant hit me—I wanted to bring authentic Indian cuisine to Lethbridge and change the narrative.
